"Big R" Update

So many parents have been in to see me about "The Big R". They are impressed when their child has told them about their ideas on repect and the parents only have to mention "Mrs Harris" and the child does as they are told or stops being rude. (shame it doesn't work with my own children. Any sugggestions?)
