Well, it was back to school today. The children were wonderful and their work is coming on well. Everyone was excited about the "Pirate Ship" and work got underway this afternoon. The sail is already up complete with Jolly Roger. Planks of wood were being painted to create the ship and the decks. The hammock went up and is going to be filled with cuddly animals of the fish variety. A treasure chest was being painted and hopefully will be filled over the next week or so. There is a box to be filled with dressing up clothes and even "a plank" in the making to walk on! Look out for the photographs when it is finished.
All of this will hopefully look good on 18th March when we have an open day!
