Missing my online banter with "Scaramouche" while she is away in Florida!!
What a bizarre week! Firstly, Carole my lovely classroom assistant fell over her foot whilst ringing the bell yesterday! She ended up going to Wipps X in an ambulance and has broken her foot and will be off work for 3 weeks!
Next........ today poor little David (5 years old) bumped into "a bigger boy" and had an enormous bump between his eyes!!! His eyes started rolling..... I ended up in Whipps X with him all afternoon until his mummy arrived!
What with my accident in January... I told Kelly my other assistant that I would wrap her in bubble wrap for the rest of the year because it looks like it is her turn next!

I've not even sent off my finished work yet........and plop onto the doormat , two new modules. The worst thing is....the final module is in an ORANGE handbook aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
That's it, I know what is wrong with me. Cold sweats, palpitations, headache and difficulty breathing. May and I have discovered a new disease... modulitis. A disease that is connected with completing modules. I think that I have got it really bad and intend to look into a vaccine for this. I think the cure possibly will be not to ever study again!!! Two modules complete and just a re-write of an essay to do. Two new modules will no doubt arrive next week!!!! THE LAST ONES EVER!!!!
My dear friend "Scaramouche's" birthday today.. have great one and of course thank you for the support...... but most of all the laughs. ( I spend a fortune on Tenna Lady when I see you) love you loads and have a great holiday.

I am trying to finish two assignments before 26th April. The first one is a 3,500 word essay about Robert Owen and Margaret McMillan and their influence on early years education today. (who? you say) I must have read every book on the subject and looked at every education act since 1870. I have sat up in be late at night hilighting relevent text. (I even had to go and buy a green highlighter because the orange one was making me ill- I HATE ORANGE!). The essay is taking shape but everytime I read it I want to delete it!!!!
The second assignment is about the place of assessment in education today. I have had to build a portfolio of a child and then have to write a 2,500 word essay. I haven't even thought about that yet.... apart from the fact I may use.............. blue highlighter............ then I have to re-write an essay I got back that failed by 1%........... remind me someone........why am I doing this...........roll on the summer when I can read a trashy book.
If it wasn't for my dear friend May and my darling Laurence(who picks me up of the floor when I scream about it) I would have given up long ago.
Well, Glasgow, Barking, East Ham or Tilbury..... Only Jaimie Joelle and I know the truth. We had a great time. I caught up with my old friends Jo and Norry Zinger and the girls hung out with Jenny and her crowd. They spent an evening at Maccabi and had a great time at Jenny's party. We all laughed and ate too much. Thanks Zingers!
